no anon, it's completely legal. All the videos are linked from other sites, and it's those other sites that take the responsibility for what videos they post not this site. The admin is taking the videos from other hosts and it's they who will be responsible if they put videos that infringe on any copyrights.
Either way I don't think you should really worry about it. Most of these movies are quite old and it probably is more of a benefit to the producers then harm to bring popularity back to their old work.
